EU Order Delivery Timeframes
Orders shipped to EU countries are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days (shipped from China). If delivery cannot be completed within the agreed timeframe due to force majeure or customs delays, we will notify you promptly. In the event of a significant delivery delay, EU consumers have the right to cancel their order and receive a full refund in accordance with applicable local law.

9. Damaged Items on Delivery

10. Returns Related to Shipping
If you wish to return an item after delivery, this will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return and must contact us by email before sending any product back.
