Refund & Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Returns

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original industrial packaging.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

3. Shipping Costs

Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns). No restocking fee will be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

4. Customs Confiscation Guarantee

In the rare event that your order is confiscated by customs during international transit, we offer an immediate full refund or a free reshipment.
