We stand behind the quality of our industrial laser systems. All Professional series (500W+) and Handheld units (120W+) include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Post-Warranty Lifetime Support

After the initial 1-year period, we continue to support our clients with Lifetime Repair Service. We charge only for the cost of replacement parts—labor is free for the life of the product.
